Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was pretty good, the front desk service could use improvement and the check-in process felt a bit chaotic. Overall, we enjoyed the amenities, particularly the pools, but there were a few hiccups that made the visit less than perfect.
